Terms and conditions
Using the site. Rite Part Finder lets buyers find parts and services and contact sellers. Sellers list their own stock, prices and descriptions and are responsible for them.
Orders and payment. Rite Part Finder does not take payment. Buyers and sellers agree payment, collection or delivery between themselves. Always check the part number and fitment before you pay.
Approval. Shops, service businesses and new listings are reviewed before they appear. We may remove listings that are wrong, misleading, unsafe or illegal.
Returns and warranty. These are set by each seller and apply as the Consumer Protection Act allows. Ask the seller before you buy.
Fair use. No false listings, fake reviews, harassment or spam. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
Liability. Rite Part Finder is a meeting place. We are not the seller and are not liable for the quality, fitment or delivery of parts sold by shops.

Privacy and your information
We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we keep. Your name, email address and phone number, your saved vehicles and searches, part requests, messages and reviews, and for sellers and service businesses the business details and documents you enter.
Who sees it. A seller sees your name and phone number only after you contact them or accept their quote. Reports you send are not shown to the business you report.
Your choices. You can delete saved searches and saved vehicles from your account, change your language at any time, and ask us to delete your information using the contact details below.

Can't find a part? Use Request a part. Shops that stock it reply in Messages.
Problem with a seller? Message the shop first from Messages. If it isn't sorted, use “Report this seller” on their shop page.
Waiting for approval? Approvals are done by our team. Check Items and My shop (sellers) or My business (services) for the status.
Report a problem or a listing. Use the Report link on the listing, shop or business page.
